The Service

Skriv provides a writing platform with process tracking for educational institutions. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our service for educational purposes.

Accounts

Schools are responsible for managing user accounts and ensuring appropriate use. Users must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Skriv. You grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Skriv for any illegal purpose, to upload malicious content, to attempt to access other users' data, or to interfere with the service's operation.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

Skriv is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Danish courts.
